Payment Plan Service - $75 fee

PLEASE READ: To ensure a smooth and consistent experience for everyone, all families utilizing a payment plan will be required to set up autopay through QuickBooks Online. This helps us manage payments efficiently and allows you to set it and forget it. You'll receive recurring invoices from QuickBooks with instructions on how to easily set up your autopay. We're confident this will make managing your tuition payments simpler.

In the event that I cannot be reached, I give permission for this student to be transported to a hospital and I authorize the hospital to provide emergency medical or surgical treatment. I will assume full responsibility for all charges related to the above and release the hospital and Worcester Children's Chorus, Inc./Joy of Music Program, its agents, employees, administrators, and assigns from any and all liability claims and causes of action arising in connection with the transportation and/or treatment of the student named hereon.

Choose the grade level that best describes your child’s school level or the ensemble that your child was placed in by one of our Directors at audition. The Program Manager will be in touch with any refund credit or under payments billing if changes are made after registration.

First payment of $175 due upon registration (see below).

Minimum enrollment of 4 singers is required for a group to run. PLEASE READ: The Payment Plan option allows for one non-refundable payment at registration of $175.00. The remaining balance is to be paid in three equal installments beginning September 1st or prior to the singer's first rehearsal with WCC and completing on November 1st unless other arrangements are made with the office. Making late payments in previous years may disqualify you from use of the Payment Plan service.
Price: $175.00
A refund, minus a $50 Administrative Fee, is possible if a student withdraws prior to the first rehearsal. After the season has started, there are NO refunds.
