Register below for the 2026-2027 season of Worcester Children’s Chorus!

If you have not yet auditioned, that’s the place to start! All new potential singers need to attend an audition before registering. Go to the Home Page and click Audition Sign Up to learn more and sign up. Most returning singers are not required to audition each year. Singers in 8th grade must audition to be placed in the Cantare ensemble. We hope you’ll join us for another season packed with concerts, collaborative performances, and special events!

TUITION ASSISTANCE – NEED A HAND? We do not want cost to get in the way of a child’s participation in WCC. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, financial aid funds are available to meet the needs of our families. When determining each award, we consider family income and circumstances such as divorce, job loss, illness, and number in the household.

PAYMENT PLAN
PLEASE NOTE: There is a $75 service fee to pay in installments that will be added to your amount due.

Singer Information
All are welcome at Worcester Children's Chorus. We gather this information at the request of large foundation funders. Thank you for sharing with us.
Parent/Guardian
Worcester Children's Chorus thrives due to our strong team of volunteers. Please let us know how you could contribute. (Not required)
In the event that I cannot be reached, I give permission for this student to be transported to a hospital and I authorize the hospital to provide emergency medical or surgical treatment. I will assume full responsibility for all charges related to the above and release the hospital and Worcester Children's Chorus, Inc./Joy of Music Program, its agents, employees, administrators, and assigns from any and all liability claims and causes of action arising in connection with the transportation and/or treatment of the student named hereon.

Media Release

  • As parent/guardian, we grant permission for our child to be interviewed, photographed, audio or videotaped in relation to our child’s participation in the Worcester Children’s Chorus.
  • I understand that singers will be under the supervision of a staff member during any interview/photo session.
  • Worcester Children’s Chorus members and activities will also appear on our website, www.worcesterchildrenschorus.org, Facebook, and other social media pages.

Payment
To complete registration, please process payment below.

Choose the grade level that best describes your child’s school level or the ensemble that your child was placed in by one of our Directors at audition. The Program Manager will be in touch with any refund credit or under payments billing if changes are made after registration.

Non-refundable tuition includes all rehearsals, performances, and music. Additional costs include WCC uniform, occasional social events, some events, optional tours, and tickets for performances. Minimum enrollment of 4 singers per ensemble is required for group to run. 20% Sibling Discount available for families paying in full prior to first rehearsal. Each singer after the oldest singer receives 20% off tuition. If you wish to receive the sibling discount, please contact the office at info@worcesterchildrenschorus.org for payment instructions.

SCHOLARSHIP FUND If you have the resources, would you consider supporting our Scholarship Fund to support a disadvantaged child or youth to join WCC.
