How We Use Your Personal Information
We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, surveys, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We may use third-party partners to help operate and/or promote the Chorus’ website and to deliver our services, and we may share your information with WCC partner organizations*, service providers, and other third parties that provide services for our business (such as web site or database hosting companies, email service providers, analytics companies, and other similar service providers that use such information on our behalf). These may include WordPress, SignUpGenius, Google Analytics, EventBrite, PayPal, Zoom, and Constant Contact.
Partner organizations* where information may be shared currently includes Pakachoag Music School and Assumption University.You may unsubscribe at any time from emails by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of a bulk email. We do request that enrolled families remain subscribed so that they receive all pertinent information regarding updates that directly impact your enrollment in the choir.
*Worcester Children’s Chorus partner organizations are defined as not-for-profit organizations where a mission overlap exists around music, access or community arts. We share information only when we believe there is an educational benefit to enrolled families and/or the larger community we serve.
