Payment Plan Service - $50 fee

Note: Some families opt to use PayPal Credit. PayPal Credit allows 6 months to pay off your balance with $0 interest. To use PayPal Credit, create a PayPal account, sign up for PayPal Credit, and sign into your PayPal account using the regular registration form.

If completing this form during the summer months, what grade will your child be entering in September.
All are welcome at Worcester Children's Chorus. We gather this information at the request of large foundatin funders. Thank you for sharing with us.

In the event that I cannot be reached, I give permission for this student to be transported to a hospital and I authorize the hospital to provide emergency medical or surgical treatment. I will assume full responsibility for all charges related to the above and release the hospital and Worcester Children's Chorus, Inc./Joy of Music Program, its agents, employees, administrators, and assigns from any and all liability claims and causes of action arising in connection with the transportation and/or treatment of the student named hereon.

Choose the grade level that best describes your child’s school level or the ensemble that your child was placed in by one of our Directors at audition. The Program Manager will be in touch with any refund credit or under payments billing if changes are made after registration.

(Rates include add’l $25 Payment Plan fee.)
First payment of $125 due upon registration (see below).

Minimum enrollment of 4 singers is required for a group to run. PLEASE READ: The Payment Plan option allows for one non-refundable payment at registration of $150.00. The remaining balance is to be paid in three equal installments beginning September 1st or prior to the singer's first rehearsal with WCC and completing on November 1st unless other arrangements are made with the office.
